We met Yvonne at an open house for the home that we eventually purchased. I was so impressed with her enthusiasm, honesty, kindness, and knowledge, I asked her to also become our relator. Throughout the entire process Yvonne answered our calls immediately, guided us through the buying and selling procedure. This was quite the process to manage because we were in Florida for only a few weeks and then headed home to Massachusetts. Yvonne guided us through the buying process, listed and showed our condo in Bonita Springs, coordinated showings with our renters, recommended companies for home inspection, secured the name of a handyman to make a repair at the condo, and a multitude of other tasks to smooth the way of our purchase of our home and the sale of our condo. She also helped us with applying to our condo association, finding a mortgage company, and Title Company. We were so fortunate to find her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Yvonne is the best in our book!
