As a first-time homebuyer, I would like to say I am really grateful, thankful and appreciative to Yuying for guiding and helping me through the entire process of purchasing a home. I can say I am a very picky person when it comes to owning a home, and it always cracks me up with laughter whenever she says "If a home is meant to be yours, it will be yours no matter what." As I lived in the Bay Area, she knows it would be a distance to Sacramento, so during the home-hunting stage, she would helped me to shortlist and arrange more home viewings based on my specific criteria and concern, and during each viewing, she will provide opinions on the pros and cons of each home based on her understanding of my preference. Once I found a home I really liked, she guided and helped me through the remaining process, answered any questions (I admit, I have a lot of questions LOL!) that I had, until finally closed the home. Yuying is really an angel. She is a dedicated realtor and she wants only the best for her clients. On top of it, she is also very experienced, very responsible, very responsive. She is really an amazingly exceptional realtor! I would definitely work with Yuying again if there are any home plans in the future.
