What a professional agent! When she did the first tour with me she handed me a book with 12 house info printed out including numbers, pros, and cons, etc. She did much more preparation than me. During the buying process, I had tons of questions and many problems happened with the builder and the lender. It was so patient of her. Yuying is a fantastic realtor. She listened to our needs and desires. She was very efficient and proactive with setting up the tours. We were relocating from out of town so we had limited time and she made the most of it. After we found what we wanted and submitted offers she was excellent with advocating for us and keeping in constant contact with us and the other party. We looked at many houses in many areas and she cheerfully took us around so we could understand what fits us best and find out where the market is. We ended up going with new construction which meant lower commission to the realtor and we never got the feeling she was trying to push us to more expensive houses so she would get more comission. We feel she was 100% dedicated to what we wanted or needed. and she went above and beyond our expectations. We decided to buy the house we are in from her driving to it and giving us a video tour on a Sunday Afternoon! This allowed us to see it and talking it over so we could make an offer before it was gone. We certainly plan on using her for future home transactions!
