Hire this woman! She is smart, knowledgeable, patient and crazy responsive. She negotiated the sell of our $500,000 plus home and got us more then asking in 10 days. She also negotiated the purchase of our current home at the same time. In this fast paced market we felt very confident to have Yuying representing our interests.

Yuying is very patient and full of positive energy. You can tell she really enjoys her job and knows what she is doing. She showed us several houses, she is very fast in setting up appointments, very efficient in communicate back forth and very knowledgeable about purchasing process. We had a lot of questions. She answered us with full detail and examples. Really appreciate the information she provided us. One thing really stands out is her honesty. She is really NOT a sales person. She will point out drawbacks and we love her honesty. As an overseas buyer, we couldn't make a purchase this time in such a short trip because nothing we really like, but Yuying's service and her personality leaves us great impression and we will definitely buy with her next time when we go over. Oh, and she is bilingual which is great for us:)
