Selling a house is stressful. I was dreading it so much. I found Yulia Colvin pretty much by the luck of the draw. She is wonderful. I never thought anyone could make the process bearable, however, she made it flow like a breeze. Her communication skills are second to none. She is able to accomplish things in hours instead of days. My house wasn’t even on the market four days and I had multiple offers. We closed in about 45 days. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with her ability to get the job done. Highly recommend her. By the way, I never do reviews. I had to this time, due to the excellent experience I’ve had.
