"We began our journey over two years ago with Yuliana. We knew we would eventually be retiring in the New Castle/Kent County area of Delaware, and Yuliana showed us all around as we began to narrow it down. She was always accommodating, and guided us every step of the way until we finally found the perfect home in the perfect community for us. I would not hesitate to recommend her . " Debbie Dellosso
Yuliana was exceedingly patient while I worked out my options with an inherited property. She ensured had I had all of the latest information to make my decisions (renting vs selling) (where to make improvements) and truly supported me throughout the process. While everyone had an opinion, Yuliana took the time to learn what I, as the property owner, wanted and then made that happen. Not only did she help me sell the property, she fought to get every penny possible and sold at above asking price within a very strict timeline. I will be forever grateful Yuliana was at, and on, my side during an incredibly overwhelming situation.
Yuliana has excellent knowledge of the local market. She provided me with valuable insights and advice that helped me make informed decisions about selling my home. Her expertise was incredibly reassuring. Selling a home from a distance can always be difficult, but Yuliana took care of everything as if it were her own. Her communication was prompt and effective, keeping me informed every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions and provided regular updates. I would, without a doubt, recommend Yuliana to any friends or family as the entire experience was pleasant. She’s got the knowledge, experience, and network to make any home buying/selling experience pleasant and painless. 10/10
We have used Yuliana two times and now we are using her again for the third and hopefully the final time, because moving can be hectic but she makes the process much less stressful. She is friendly, has a lot of energy, and offers advice but allows you to make the final decision. She is truly in her element as a “Go Getter” in the real estate business. We have never experienced a real estate agent who goes above and beyond like she does day and night. We would recommend her to others looking for an agent.
Yuliana is the best!!! Being a first time seller, was very stressed about it, Yuliana made it stress free for us. Her communication skills and responsiveness are great. I would highly recommend her!!
5 stars are not enough to rate Yuliana's level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to every little detail! Being a second-time home buyer, our family had specific expectations that were not just met but way over achieved by Yuliana and a great team of professionals that she connected us with! Yuliana's the most up to date market knowledge made it possible to close on our house in 3 weeks. All the steps of the process, starting from writing an offer, applying for a loan, having all the inspections done, negotiating, mediating the cost of the repairs, and final settlement, went absolutely seamless! She supported us through the stressful process of choosing the right house for us (I know this is probably the most difficult time in the whole journey of buying a house for everyone). There was no question i didn't have an immediate response for. She makes herself available 24/7. And it really made us feel like she puts our interest as her own priority. Cannot be thankful enough! Yuliana makes it happen!
Yuliana was extremely helpful in finding the right property for me, as well as advising: she helped me better understand the market and helped me to acquire a property in current market conditions.
Yuliana was amazing! She knew exactly how to price and market our house to sell it by our deadline, as well as helping us make our profit goal. From beginning to after the sale, she maintained communication with us. 10/10, would recommend!
Amazing agent! She knew the market and the industry very well. Allowed us to be in the driver seat, yet guided us when needed. We met both our profit goal and our moving time-frame. Communication was kept from beginning to even after the sale! 10/10.
