Yuliana was instrumental in facilitating a full price offer on our home before it even officially went on the market! Her use of a professional photographer was the driving force in obtaining a “sight-unseen” offer from the buyer, and her obtaining the pertinent contract details made us feel confident in the choice to accept the offer. Yuliana kept us informed along the process and communicated immediately when we had questions, and we were reassured by the backing and long-standing reputation of Patterson Schwartz to assist us through this transaction.

Yuliana, you are good at what you do. Thank you for being patient with us. We appreciate you! Working with you was the best decision we've made in purchasing a home, especially being a first-time home buyer. You made everything look easy and soft. Thank you again for everything.

Yuliana - is an awesome realtor. She helped guide me through the sale of my home. She also helped me find my dream home in Rehoboth Beach/Lewes in DE. My house had a buyer within a few days of being listed. I can’t say enough good things about Yuliana.

Yuliana is very knowledgeable and an excellent agent. We met Yuliana when we contacted her as the seller agent on a property we were looking at. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that we asked if she would be our agent while we were in the market for a new home.

We cannot thank Yuliana Goldin Dunn enough for her enormous efforts in helping us find and purchase our very first home. Professional to the core, resourceful, meticulous, highly organized, and always with a positive attitude, Yuliana walked us through the entire process with ease, which we did not expect, and we are genuinely grateful for it. She was always in close contact with us, working on the list of potential places, highlighting their pros & cons, making suggestions, and, most importantly, LISTENING to our wants and needs and revising the search for the place we would finally make ours accordingly. It was no surprise to us that, with Yuliana’s friendly personality and high ethical standards, she has a vast network of other real estate agents, lenders, and inspectors who want to work with her, bringing the invaluable benefits to her clients. We want to thank Yuliana from the bottom of our hearts for all her help, support, kindness, and for making it her personal goal to assist her clients, regardless of the size or price of the property they were looking for.

Yuliana made our home selling experience seamless and pleasant. She is the perfect mix of knowledge, ingenuity, and determination to get everything done to our satisfaction. When you are selling (or buying), you want someone who has the experience and skill necessary to help you navigate the process. Yuliana is this person. We couldn't be happier with the way the transaction went for us and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.

My agent was AMAZING!

Any questions we had during this process, Yuliana was quick to respond and follow up if needed. Always available to help in any way she could. Felt very confident in Yuliana. Thank you for all you did to make the sale of our home possible.

I'm so grateful for finding Yuliana. She's exactly what I needed. A real, real estate shark!

Yuliana is amazing. She listened to our wants and really helped us find an amazing home.

Yuliana was fabulous. Her advice and her marketing efforts were definitely the reason we received multiple offers on our home. Highly recommend!
