Yuliana was exceedingly patient while I worked out my options with an inherited property. She ensured had I had all of the latest information to make my decisions (renting vs selling) (where to make improvements) and truly supported me throughout the process. While everyone had an opinion, Yuliana took the time to learn what I, as the property owner, wanted and then made that happen. Not only did she help me sell the property, she fought to get every penny possible and sold at above asking price within a very strict timeline. I will be forever grateful Yuliana was at, and on, my side during an incredibly overwhelming situation.

We have used Yuliana two times and now we are using her again for the third and hopefully the final time, because moving can be hectic but she makes the process much less stressful. She is friendly, has a lot of energy, and offers advice but allows you to make the final decision. She is truly in her element as a “Go Getter” in the real estate business. Being a second-time home buyer, our family had specific expectations that were not just met but way over achieved by Yuliana and a great team of professionals that she connected us with! Yuliana's the most up to date market knowledge made it possible to close on our house in 3 weeks. All the steps of the process, starting from writing an offer, applying for a loan, having all the inspections done, negotiating, mediating the cost of the repairs, and final settlement, went absolutely seamless! She supported us through the stressful process of choosing the right house for us (I know this is probably the most difficult time in the whole journey of buying a house for everyone). There was no question i didn't have an immediate response for. She makes herself available 24/7. And it really made us feel like she puts our interest as her own priority. Cannot be thankful enough!
