We had a great experience with our realtor Yu who was referred to us by our friends. Yu went above & beyond even doing extra work he did not have to because the home we were selling has some unexpected issues. He helped us solve the problems and got it sold.
Through the association of an acquaintance, I was fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Leo. He proved to be thorough, professional, attentive and fit for the challenges this current and crazy housing market presents. He also made a lot of recommendations. I highly recommend working with him, whether purchasing or selling a home. I am happy that I got my condo sold within a month.
If you're looking for a realtor look no further! Yu, AKA. Leo, is the best! This is our first condo conversion project. The transaction was fairly complicated. Leo worked with us as well as the builder and buyers to get everything done. Please consider Leo for any of your home buying or selling needs!
Yu has 2 properties for sale and sold 1 property in the last 12 months, showing 3, sorted by most recent activity
