After my mom passed away, the family needed to sell her house. We don’t live in NV so I had to search for a realtor on line. Jack took care of everything, from having the house professionally cleaned, setting us up with a title company and ensuring the sell of the house could be taken care of without any family member needing to travel back to NV. He even paid out of his pocket for some of the expenses related to the house. From our first contact to the closing of the house, it only took 2 1/2 months, and we got a great price for the house. Jack is the consummate realtor. He walked us through every step of the sales transaction never ceasing to communicate with us constantly! When confronted with an issue, he recommends good solutions and believe it or not, it worked! Our initial sales contract fell apart on the "12th hour" on account of the other party. Jack was so positive that he got us a 2nd contract within a few days. And this contract CLOSED very quickly! This was not an easy task as he was representing us on a 4-unit owner occupied property. As we were out of town on vacation during the last week of the actual closing, Jack will represent and stay in touch with you during this period. All of the final documents were signed electronically on the CELL phone. It was so easy with Jack always staying in touch and indicating what documents needed signatures.
