Our sale was complicated by the fact that my mom now struggles with significant memory loss. Because of this, my sister and I were very involved in the sale. Jack was incredibly patient with ALL of us and was sure to keep all three of us appraised of important dates and events. After my mom passed away, the family needed to sell her house. We don’t live in NV so I had to search for a realtor on line. After doing some research, I contacted Jack Cote due to his good rating/reviews. He responded immediately. Jack took care of everything, from having the house professionally cleaned, setting us up with a title company and ensuring the sell of the house could be taken care of without any family member needing to travel back to NV. He even paid out of his pocket for some of the expenses related to the house. From our first contact to the closing of the house, it only took 2 1/2 months, and we got a great price for the house.
