We highly recommend Jack Cote!! I did a lot of research before choosing my Realtor and Jack has some of the best stats around....and he definitely didn’t disappoint, he lived up to his accolades! He is so kind, experienced, and professional. He uses the best photographers to make the home really stand out and bring in the buyers! Our home was on the market for only one weekend, we had many showings, and 3 offers!! Bidding wars usually don’t happen when your home is priced at 800k, but Jack knows what he’s doing. After being in contract, Jack went above and beyond to try to help ease our stress while dealing with the most difficult realtor of all time! The other realtor refused to ever respond to us, wouldn’t keep us up to date on what was going on, would not make any deadlines, and was just flat rude about everything for no reason. What should have been the easiest transaction ever turned into a giant stress ball. Jack ended up doing all the work and if I could I would have given him the other realtors commission as well. We just closed on our second house. Jack and Melody have been our realtors for both homes we’ve purchase. We decided to go back to them again because they were seriously amazing the first time and somehow found a way to be even better the second. They are such a great team. They’re extremely responsive, helped us get what we wanted out of the deal, and with everything going on with COVID also helped ensure we were able to sell our first house for a good price. They’re seriously such sweet people it’s crazy. I don’t feel like normal realtors go to the lengths they do to try and make their clients happy.
