We decided to go back to them again because they were seriously amazing the first time and somehow found a way to be even better the second. They are such a great team. They’re extremely responsive, helped us get what we wanted out of the deal, and with everything going on with COVID also helped ensure we were able to sell our first house for a good price. They’re seriously such sweet people it’s crazy. I don’t feel like normal realtors go to the lengths they do to try and make their clients happy. I will he telling anyone I know in the Reno/Sparks area that they shouldn’t use any realtor other than Jack and Melody!!

Who says nice guys finish last? Jack and Melody Cote' (and their office staff!) were not only a joy to work with but they did an amazing job selling our house for us in a challenging market. They kept us abreast of changing market conditions and were there for us when we had questions. They aggressively marketed our house and even helped us find repair people to fix a couple of minor issues after the home inspection while we were out of state.
