Jack Cote, a real estate agent for Chase international, has to be one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve ever met. His caring style, his “the client always comes first” attitude is surprising, yet especially refreshing in this day and age. I can’t begin to count how many times he went out of his way for us - whether it was going to an inspection, taking pictures, making a video, measuring the length and width of something, “kidnapping” us for a Starbucks run, answering questions at all hours of the day and night, or making sure that every last detail was covered and thoroughly explained, Jack does it all…and he does it with a smile on his face and a love for what he does. He spent an incredible amount of time with us and even volunteered to pick us up at the airport. He is the genuine article and clearly has to be one of the best real estate agents in Reno.

Jack helped me to find an investment property that met all of my requirements. He did a fantastic job of finding the right property for me as if he is buying for himself. He was there for me at every step of the process from the beginning all the way to closing and even afterwards. I bought my property from out of state without the need to be in Reno as Jack covered for me as needed. They are focused on the details of the subject properties and are top-notch client advocates. Their understanding and sensitivity to client concerns is especially evident in their reliable and timely follow-up on issues that arise in the process of selling and buying real estate, getting personally involved to ensure obstacles are removed should they occur. We were selling a property but did not live locally. We were nervous about the logistics of managing any maintenance pre-sale, and Jack was able to not only provide us with reasonable contractors, but he let us know what was and was not absolutely necessary in terms of repairs to the property, which had sustained some damage. Jack was super friendly, and very responsive. We closed quickly, and at a fair market value. I HIGHLY recommend their services.
