He was very responsive, really listened to what we were interested in terms of a house, and also gave his opinion when he thought it wasn't the right fit or a money pit. Helped us through our first home purchase and the follow up has been fantastic. inspections were easy and informative, helped us save money through closing, and have recommended great local businesses to make the updates we wanted to make to the house.
1 Jack really spent the time to listen and created a sales strategy that was really in my best interest. 2 Patience was a quality that I really appreciated when working with Jack. 3 Sincere to the bone. There is nothing fake about his concerns for his clients and he will go to great lengths to help out. 4 Generous as Jack helped out with selling cost that other Realtors I have worked with never contributed too. I have bought and sold a few dozen properties dating back to early 1980's. Never not once have I met a realtor like Jack he put me first from start to finish. 5 Honest. It really is hard to find Honest people in todays times. It is sad but Jack approach is straight up. Everything he promised happened and RIGHT ON TIME! 6 Professional and prompt! The organization, filming, staging and overall presentation were top caliber. Sales plan also right on the money! 7 INTEGRITY. All the way! set up the listing with the best interest for me the seller however ultimate concern to make a responsible purchase for the buyer. Carefully went overall all disclosures with me to make sure I did not miss a thing! I was also surprised and happy to see him at the title company on Closing Day. 8 KNOWLEDGEABLE. Jack's knowledge of all the different neighborhoods and developments in Reno and surrounding area was very helpful when I first started looking at relocation. What I am more impressed by is his knowledge of the market pricing and movements. When I first started shopping and being from California I might have been too eager had it not been for solid advice from Jack. We just have looked at a few dozen places and not once did I even feel the slightest bit of pressure. 9 SUPER NICE GUY! Okay sound corny but its true. I will truly miss Jack as he sold my place and I am back in California. 10 BEST THING ABOUT JACK. Damn let's be honest he got me a healthy profit and closed in less than 45 days as promised.

Jack and Melody are great. We hadn't spoken to them in a few years and reached out last minute to look at a house and they were able to show us the same day. Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped us through every step of the way. We had a ton of questions and he is very responsive. He also takes the initiative to coordinate between us, the lender, title company, sellers, etc and make sure we have everything we need to keep moving forward. They have definitely made this easier on us.
