Young was our realtor for the selling of our first home and the buying of our second home. There were some complexities because this was a contingent purchase, but Young made the process very smooth and was so informative, patient, and positive. Young is incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process. She communicated with all parties involved including escrow and loan officers to ensure that everything was up to par. She was able to get us a full offer in a couple days and did an amazing job negotiated the selling and buying of our properties. Oh... and she did all this while giving birth. Amazing.
