I was completely new to the home buying experience. As many have found, the process can be overwhelming without the right help. My experience with Youbel found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful and patient during my first time home buying process. For starters, he helped lay out my goals and options, finding housing options, showing housing options, providing his expertise within process, and of course, helping during contracting phase which can always have it ups and downs. My experience had some back and forth during the contracting phase and I always felt Youbel was there with me and making a stressful situation, less stressful. In addition Youbel had access to technology as needed from house finding MLS apps to paperless signing allowing me, the buyer, to quickly sign and process documents, this was extremely useful when turn around time for documents can often be time sensitive. I would contact him again when it comes time for me to home shop a second time.

I had the pleasure of working with Youbel with a mutual client. The best experience I have had with a realtor was with him. I own an estate planning law firm and was handling the probate matter for an estate. Youbel was the listing agent on the property in the estate that needed to be sold. He was patient, very knowledgeable on all matters including inspections and the intricacies of the estate sale (which is a pretty complicated process). He went out of his way to accommodate the client and was very upfront and honest with her about fees and how the real estate sale ties in with the probate court case. I am very humbled by his professionalism and eagerness to help clients. Highly recommend!
