It was a perfect experience working with Yong. He helped us to find our new home and rent out our old place. In regarding of rental, his one-stop service includes our home staging suggestions and photography, rental posting, tenant screening and applications, rent negotiation, leasing documents, and rental checklist. He is so patient to answer any of our questions regarding city inspections, rental certificate, rent, and legal documents. We are so happy to have him work this out with us.
