About Yoly

Meet Yoly Pierson! A Tampa Bay Native, Yoly has witnessed the City of Tampa grow from a small city to the world class metropolitan area that it is today. Yoly is the daughter and granddaughter of Cuban exiles and from an early age knew what working hard with true grit meant. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in communications and worked in consumer products and medical sales industries, until one day she flipped the script and decided to become an entrepreneur once again and pursue a career in real estate. Yoly has always loved helping people and always works hard with lots of determination and perseverance. This is why the core values of PPG; People, Passion, Grit truly embody what she stands for the most. Combined with her love of helping others, building lasting relationships, and her love of real estate, Pierson Property Group has given Yoly the opportunity to fulfill her passions. One of her favorite things is being able to assist clients when navigating the ins and outs of living in Tampa Bay.
