Working with Megan was fun! We were looking for a downtown apartment. She researched and responded quickly to our requests, able to show prospective properties within 24 hours which was important because we did not live nearby and had everything taken care of. She was able to get our offering price and worked on our closing even after hours to assure that the timeframe was met. She is a sincere, friendly person and was truly concerned about our happiness with the overall experience. Megan went above and beyond in aspect of our sale. When deciding where to price our condo, Megan came in with comps for the neighborhood and because of her expertise, my husband and I sold our condo for a significant profit, after only two weeks on the market.

This was my first time EVER dealing with the house market and she was the one that helped me the most. She helped me through a lot of issues stemming from lender problems, negotiations, and lack of knowledge (on my part). She was quick to respond to me and all my questions- I had a lot of them. It was tough finding me a home in the price range I could afford but each time she set out newly energized and was quick to act. Not all her battles were won, but she gave a good fight! Through it all she didn't make me feel less then I am, even though I wasn't buying the most expensive place out there. I am very happy with my new home. Megan is a warm-hearted, honest and hard-working real estate agent who helped us find the perfect condo for our family in Denver last spring. She orchestra the closing of our house we were selling in the morning and the the closing of the house we were buying in the afternoon.
