Joan partnered with me to sell my home of 17 years. She brought in her team of experts, they were able to help my home show its best. She had her decorator help (at her expense) She had her handyman help with some repairs, her office team was fabulous at keeping me I formed and walking me thru the process.

I was handed the lovely job of being the estate executor responsible to sell a property that was in very poor shape. I’m a single mom, work two jobs, and literally had NO time to deal with all the things needed to put the house into a state where it was sellable. My first realtor was a mess, and I came to Joan overwhelmed, anxious, and completely ignorant on what to do. The prior owner had destroyed all account records associated with the house, so all details had to be “sleuthed” out. I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with this daunting mess.
