Joan is truly a professional in every way. She worked with us long before we moved to the Castle Rock area sending us information on homes available and interesting facts about the local area. When we arrived in castle Rock, she already had a tour set up for us to over the area and a number of homes that were within our criteria. On each home she gave us an in-depth analysis of the home, both the good and the bad. She would go over the long term aspects of purchasing or not on each home. She brought out specifics on each home that she had selected for us to review and even highlighted things about the home that we had not even thought of. When we were ready to purchase, she pointed us to a lender that was able to get us an interest that was 1 1/2 points below our own selected lender. Over all working with Joan was a very positive situation for us and we would highly recommend her for any services in the home buying area.
