We were pleased with Joan's knowledge of Bell Mtn. Ranch area and advice we received during the whole process. This included exterior and interior recommendations for appearance to a potential buyer. We had great results starting from Oct./18 thru Jan./19 closing. From Nov. 3 thru Dec. 3 we had 21 showings, 2 open houses and 3 offers. Our house was priced properly for market value.
