When we finally had a prospective buyer, she made sure that we were taking the best offer. She has way of laying out all the options for you so that everything makes sense. Nothing was ever missing from her explanations and emails. She definitely takes the time to make sure that all the details are ironed out so that you can have a stress-free sale. However, it was the buyers that made the process difficult. We ended up finally closing the sale of the home 3 WEEKS after its initial closing date due to complications with the buyer's lending company. But even during that hold up, Yelena managed to walk me through the next steps by practicing patience over haste. She explained it detail why the delay was occurring and always kept me informed via phone call, text, and email. And through it all, she assured me that she would stick by your side until the sale was complete. I never felt like she was going to give up on me even when the buyers kept prolonging the process. What made it so wonderful to work with her is that she looks at you with a sincerity that she will accompany you through a monumental decision. She knows how important and life-changing the sale of a house is.
