Excellent Agent

Yasminie helped me to buy a condo in Fort Lauderdale in 2021. It was a long process, with some very difficult sellers, so we had to revisit our offers and eventually change to a new unit over several months. At length I purchased a larger unit for a lower price than the original. Minie helped me with setting up repairs, getting a painter, and with rerenting the unit. She is readily available, and is a skilled negotiator in difficult situations. Her office is right on the beach road, which makes access to show and meet with potential tenants/agents very convenient. She made a difficult process seem much simpler, and I am very happy with the result!
