Trying to keep this review short. I cannot say enough good things about Yasmeen. She is so on top of everything, very knowledgeable, responsive, and in general just AMAZING. I have worked with a few different local agents. I will now only work with Yasmeen and Alexandra. FYI, I found them both via an accidental zillow call. Yasmeen was so quick to answer, always accessible, not pushy or invasive, provided pertinent information. She is extremely on the ball! She found of us the perfect property. She worked for us, her work ethic is solid (literally I put her to work !!! re-writing contracts, negotiating to a ridiculous point!!! (I was that annoying buyer)), and she was constantly kind, patient, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for someone to work with in Tucson, look no where else. I have already recommended Yasmeen to other friends and family and they say the exact same thing. I am so thankful I found her!

Yasmeen was very instrumental in keeping us up to date on available properties which met our criteria. She spent time with us understanding our likes. Expectations, and goals. We never felt like just clients, but more like friends whom she was helping to find just the right property. Once we identified a choice, she was efficient and on top of the process to ensure our offer was delivered quickly. She utilized email, texting, phone calls, and the Internet to communicate outcomes and next steps. She is an excellent hand holder, encourager, and negotiator.

Through the years I've done my best to keep agents OUT of my real estate transactions, but Yasmeen changed that. I met her at an open house, and was immediately impressed by her salesmanship, which is founded on market knowledge and candor rather than bluffing and manipulation. Her listening skills and attention to detail are impeccable, and she lead me all the way to the closing table with unflappable aplomb. Highly recommended.
