Yasmeen is an amazing real estate professional. She knows the market, knows the neighborhoods, knows the pros and cons of different kinds of properties. She listens to her clients and shows incredible attention to detail with every aspect of the transaction. Communication is excellent and she never makes you feel like you are pestering her, even when you know you are pestering her. She works very well with the agents representing the other side of the purchase/sale - which makes things go very smoothly. I can't recommend her highly enough.

When she was on a trip out of the country she kept in touch and answered my questions and concerns. She showed us places even when asked last minute - she just always made the time. She learned our personalities and used this knowledge in our search. I always felt as if we were her only priority! We found a home we loved immediately but unfortunately couldn't come to terms with the owners at that time. We continued to look but always came back to this home - nothing else compared for us and she understood and continued to keep in touch with the realtor of the other home. We never had to worry about anything - she took care of inspections, etc., and would let us know what we had to do. Yasmeen (and Alexandra) are the best real estate agents. We are three retirees who moved to Tucson from Illinois and were staying in a rental. They went above and beyond what we could ever have expected from most agents in Illinois. They quickly showed us multiple homes in the areas we requested, within our price range, all of them with almost all of the items on our wish list. We were under contract fast, closed within six weeks of our move here after their help with inspections, and it didn't stop there. They walked us through the closing paperwork, with the closing taking place at our rental. No question or request was too much for them or not in their scope of work. They even suggested contractors for items we wished to complete prior to moving in. I cannot say enough about the service Yasmeen and Alexandra provided, even though it was close to the holidays. I’d give Yasmeen 10 stars, if I could!! It’s the same though…She is simply outstanding. We met through her “partner” Alexandra (another 10!!). I was moving to NY and looking for someone to work with to rent and manage my house. After a 45 minute phone call, I knew I could count on Alex, even though rentals were not their usual gig. From that time on…after meeting them both, Yasmeen and I had the most contact. If you want someone who is all around beyond capable…it’s Yasmeen. Nine years later…We have all worked with the renter, they managed the sale of that house, I’m moving back and we have completed a purchase last week.
