We worked with Yari in Aug 2020. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, negotiating the real estate trends in Boston was quite tricky. Using his experience and Judgement, Yari was able to guide use towards a successful property sale. He has a good grasp of the local RE trends. He also has good local contacts (plumbers, painters, etc) if the property warrants minor fixes before the final closing date. He is quite approachable, honest & responsive. If anyone is in the market to purchase/sell, I would highly recommend working with Yari.
