If you are a person who works full time and needs a safe ally, I can recommend Yajaira. Without her it would not have been possible. I always keep saying that anyone can be a good real estate agent when clients put up cash and have all the conditions to negotiate. But not everyone is interested in a client with little capital and limited resources as in my case. The first thing he did was recommend me to lenders. We did not find adequate support in the first lender but she did not stop and found my second option, those two great components formed an excellent team. Yajaiara assists me at all times and anticipates any situation. She made sure that any step we took was the right one to complete the closing. I gave her many challenges, starting with my lack of time to view properties, and she was willing to work with me at night and on weekends. She supported me even when I decided to move forward with a property sale by owner, even when it meant extra work for her. The most important thing was that she took care of me with the same importance as a client who will bring her more commission.
Yajaira has 1 property for sale and sold 8 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
