After 3 months of set backs with the experience we had with my first realtor and loan officer the deal went to the ground on a different home which was smaller and older( Not my First Realtor’s Fault) . We decided to just find a place to rent and try it again next year. A friend of ours gave us Yaima’s Phone number which we think was the best thing That happened in our lives!! we are now First time homeowners of a beautiful home !! thanks to the hard work and her confidence! We finally purchased the house we wanted thanks to her unstoppable work. Great communicator and doesn’t let you get into something that she wouldn’t get into herself.
