Yadira was extremely efficient during the entire sale process. Our home sale took much less time than we expected. She was very professional during all the paper work process & open house/private show. We got an offer (over asked price) two weeks after the listing was posted. From the offer review, contract & escrow opening & closing, Yadira guided us very well with her positive & friendly energy.
