Wyatt did a fantastic job with our recent home listing. He did a great job in every aspect of the home sale from initial home presentation, marketing, showing and closing the sale. Wyatt was a true partner through the process, and he worked hard to help us achieve our goals. I would recommend Wyatt without hesitation to my friends and relatives.

Wyatt had professional pictures taken of the home which I think helped with marketing. He was very professional in the sale of our family home while my parents had already moved out of state. I recommend him to friends and family.

I have referred Wyatt to everyone of my friends and family members when it came to selling or buying a home, he is very personable, compassionate and knowledgeable. Buying a home can be a very stressful time, he understands the importance of a home purchase and the value of your experience. Wyatt is a very gifted and talented Realtor.

Wyatt understands the real estate market from multiple perspectives. Of course he knows the overall market, local market, and financial options. More importantly he understands that potential buyers are drawn to a house through more than one market channel. He generates buyer interest through multiple forms of media and communication. And of the utmost importance Wyatt is absolutely honest and treats people with respect. Whether you are buying or selling Wyatt is a good choice to help guide you in your important transaction

Wyatt Poindexter is a very honest realtor. I was a first time homeowner and he took the time to explain everything in detail. He did not get frustrated with my requests. He was always upfront with information and Wyatt was readily available when I had questions. He was very knowledgeable when looking for a new place. He was helpful and thorough during the inspection process.

We had a great experience with Wyatt. He was very helpful in the process and always available to answer questions. Wyatt listed our home and it sold within one day of being listed. We were extremely happy with Wyatt and have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

Wyatt showed my wife and I a house. He was not pushy at all; a quality we very much appreciated in a Realtor. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the property, the community, and the real estate market in general. We have stayed friends ever since, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him at all. He's a great guy, very personable.

Wyatt was extremely professional in all matters. We especially appreciated his honesty and guidance throughout the selling process. We would highly recommend Wyatt to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.

We had great experience dealing with Wyatt. He not only helped us buy a house but helped sell our previous house. Wyatt was always pleasant to talk to, courteous and honest. We felt well taken care of.

Wyatt is the realtor you should be with if you want to sell your home! He is lightyears ahead of most because of his marketing abilities. He will market your home online, via facebook, anyway he can and all that does is make your home the first one to sell! He was right on with pricing strategy for us as well. Our home sold fast (faster than others in the neighborhood), was priced right so it appraised well, and closed without a hitch! Great experience, great realtor! We would choose Wyatt again in a heartbeat!
