Wyatt and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. After the initial interview Wyatt had his team do an extensive walk through to stage the home and make an exhaustive list of improvements. After that, the process focused on creating buyer interest via every conceivable social media outlet. The process began with a professional photographer building an incredible pictorial presentation of the property. The interest level generated by this campaign was impressive and documented. The process starting with the listing contract through the sales contract was almost exclusively electronic - email and text messaging which to us baby-boomers proves to be a little too impersonal but not unexpected for today's computer driven marketing. We received weekly social media reports and showings reports via email. Wyatt was reachable when more information was needed by us. The sales contract process went smoothly with little negotiating. Closing went without a hitch. Overall we were satisfied with our experience with Wyatt. Our home was probably on the lower end of price range that Wyatt typically lists but a no time did we feel he gave us less than he would his higher end clients.

If you want the regular cookie cutter real estate broker that only wants to secure your listing and hopes someone else sells it, Wyatt is not your man. If you want someone that works hard, thinks outside the box and delivers, I would highly recommend Wyatt.
