Wyatt really went out of his way to get us into this house. We looked at and offered on many, but none of them were the "right one". When this one came up, he knew from our reactions and expressions, and through multiple conversations (he was available 24/7 to answer questions) that this was the one to get us in, and really busted his a$$ to make it happen. His follow up negotiations and persistence with the seller was a big part of that as well as his genuine care for what we wanted and our VERY limited time frame.
