When this one came up, he knew from our reactions and expressions, and through multiple conversations (he was available 24/7 to answer questions) that this was the one to get us in, and really busted his a$$ to make it happen. His follow up negotiations and persistence with the seller was a big part of that as well as his genuine care for what we wanted and our VERY limited time frame.
