We had a couple of hiccups at the start of our search for our first home. But Renetta came through for us. She was able to show us 10-15 homes in one week to help us find our home before winter. She confirmed the estimated value for us prior to us putting an offer on it. She answered any questions we had during the buying process. Even after we bought our house, she continued to help us. We had issues with an appliance not working from the day we moved in - the seller had not disclosed this- and she was able to get us reimbursed by the seller for costs to repair.
