Renetta came quote a distance to show us some properties that were of interest. However the work she put in on our behalf in the sale of our existing property was above and beyond anything she needed to do. Her knowledge and experience made the whole process fairly painless and enjoyable. We highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.
Absolutely above and beyond to work with. I was moving for work and had to be out of state well before we were able to close on the sale. Will admit I was PANICKED out of my mind about not having an offer prior to leaving, but Renetta was 1) calm as anything and 2) willing to work on a "backup" plan so I wouldn't get stuck with a mortgage AND paying out of state rent. She helped with some of the smaller details to prepare for closing that I would not have been able to attend to, helped find a house cleaner to make sure the place was spotless for the people coming through, gave excellent and very helpful advice through the process. Amazing person, incredible work ethic, you will NOT be disappointed.
