Windy Panyanouvong is a beyond incredible agent. We just closed on our first home! She is very responsive and will answer calls or texts immediately. (She’s still answering random questions I have...and we closed the beginning of this month!). When you work with Windy, you are getting more than just an agent. She has an extensive list of contacts including mortgage lenders, general contractors, lawyers, etc. There is so much that goes into buying a home and being able to get trusted referrals for other services really streamlined the process and reduced our stress and anxiety. She is so knowledgeable in all areas real-estate because she has first hand experience as both a home buyer and seller. I also appreciate that she really aims to guide buyers toward making a smart investment. For most home buyers you’re not just buying a place to live you’re making an investment. She assessed our financial goals and life style and then lead us toward making the right decision including helping us devise a long term plan for when or if we eventually sell. This helped us avoid making a decision that seemed good in the short term but would not have served our long term goals.
