Bill provided the most intensive and complete assessment of the physical characteristics of each property we looked at. He provided accurate and insightful assessments of the market conditions and thoughtful reflections on the future market. During the process of actually buying our home Bill was very helpful in thinking through what was a successful offer. All in all, he provided all of the support and knowledge one might hope for in the house hunt and buying process. I would enthusiastically recommend Bill to anyone.
