This was my first time selling a home and William helped me tremendously. He offered great suggestions to ready the house for sale which made the house look terrific. The process of negotiating a contract of sale was stressful for me. William was always there to provide knowledgeable input and guide me through it. I never felt pressured towards one decision; instead he presented the pros and cons of each scenario so I could make the best choice for me, but made sure to oppose unfair requests with the buyers. Sitting at the closing he was still very adamant that I understood and agreed with all the documentation. William made sure I walked away happy and helped made the daunting task of selling a home a great experience!
