The process of negotiating a contract of sale was stressful for me. William was always there to provide knowledgeable input and guide me through it. I never felt pressured towards one decision; instead he presented the pros and cons of each scenario so I could make the best choice for me, but made sure to oppose unfair requests with the buyers. Sitting at the closing he was still very adamant that I understood and agreed with all the documentation.
