We quickly set up an appointment for him to come see our house and make recommendations about improvements and discuss comps so we could list competitively. Once he received all the offers, he sat down with us and explained the details of each and answered all of our questions. We were able to make a decision very easily with his guidance. Once we were under contract, Bill was available at our house for all the inspections, and anything else that we needed from him.
