Bill found a very interested buyer who made a much more attractive offer than we expected, and then he saw us through every step and answered every question we had. He stayed in touch and actually stopped by as we were moving to make sure we were doing okay. He's smart and kind, and generous with his time and expertise, and he knows how to find any outside expertise that's needed. (We also loved the lawyer he recommended!) I could not be more pleased with his services, and I think he earned every penny of his commission -- this sale could not have happened without him!

Bill is great to work with. He knows the market value and how to sell. He also leads you through all the steps along the way and even took care of things for the sale that my lawyer or I should have had to deal with.
