William is great! Always available and a great negotiator.

I met William at an open house hoping he had rental properties. We he told me if I was paying someone rent, I could pay my own mortgage. He was right.....Within a month William found me a house, got me approved for the loan, closed escrow and all the other mounds of paperwork completed. I am now in MY new home and I could not be happier. He is an excellent agent. You would be crazy not to work with him and his team. I can not express how satisfied I am.
