William is great! Always available and a great negotiator.

I met William at an open house hoping he had rental properties. We he told me if I was paying someone rent, I could pay my own mortgage. He was right.....Within a month William found me a house, got me approved for the loan, closed escrow and all the other mounds of paperwork completed.
