William is the quintessential real estate agent. He has extensive knowledge of the buying and selling process, but adds experience in lending, notarizing, and construction/building. Throughout the process, no question I posed could stump him - be it tax related or county or state law, topics normally outside the realm of your typical agent. Beyond that, my sale was conducted entirely while I was out of state. William handled everything with ease and helped me to relax and not worry about a thing. I can't recommend him enough.
