We had only heard good things about Bill from our many friends who’ve worked with him in the past. So we had high expectations, and he definitely met and exceeded them!  Bill has been very responsive, patiently answering the many questions we had as first time home buyers. He was available by both email and text, usually responding within minutes at all hours of the day. And the day we submitted an offer, when time was of the essence since we were competing with another offer already on the table, he was up with us past midnight, helping us with the paperwork! Our offer ended up being formally accepted just two days later. In addition, Bill’s in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field is superb. In fact, when we were at one open house, he was explaining to us everything he noticed about the house, and another lady who was there overheard and started asking him questions to get his opinion on certain things, “because it sounds like you know your stuff,” she said.  Throughout the process, we felt like Bill was taking good care of us, looking out for us, and offering solid recommendations. He was all there for each step of the way, even at the end when we went to sign. He made sure to flag for us things that we otherwise wouldn’t have known, be it related to taxes or insurance or home maintenance matters.  At the end of the day, you need to go with someone you can trust, and Bill has proven himself to be extremely reliable, trustworthy, and easy to work with!
