I would give Bill more stars if available... I have known Bill for over 25 years, he's one of my late husband, Dennis', best friends. In the past, he's helped us refinance several of our real estate properties, given us plenty of sound and accurate real estate and financial advice, helped us buy our primary residence in San Ramon, helped us move from one property to another, among other things... I know he's excellent at what he does and has more than plenty of years under his belt as a real estate agent, broker and notary; but I have never really dealt with him just by myself - it was always with Dennis - until this particular instance... From the time I decided to sell my condo in San Francisco, and told him about it, he's been nothing but phenomenal, and that's even saying it lightly.... He never pushed me to sell, on the contrary, he made sure I was making the right decision for me and my boys, even made me wait a few months to make sure I wasn't going to change my mind... Bill knew that my decision to sell this rental property I have had for 27 years was not taken lightly, and we both knew that if Dennis was still alive, selling it would not even have been on the table. When I finally told him to go ahead and put it in the market, he took charge from beginning to end, even with minute details. Bill was always professional, especially dealing with cantankerous HOA, and he made it look like the buyers' agent seem so inexperienced and substandard, without him even trying! When we decided to purchase our first home there was a mix of anxiousness, nervousness, and fear as we knew nothing about home buying. That changed when we met Bill.
