Selling of home
Will made what could have been a very stressful event for us go very smooth. Will priced the home at the right price that maximized our profit. This was done without any recent comps in our neighborhood. Will's knowledge of propr marketing techniques was obvious. Several people mentioned that it was the professional pictures and video that got their attention. We had taken a gamble and signed a rental lease prior to listing the home and needed a quick sale and settlement. Will got us over asking price and we closed within thirty days.
