From the first time I met with William, he made sure he knew what type of housing I wanted, and he understood my need to find and close on a home within my timeline. He was willing to work with my schedule and maximized the number of showings we could view at one time so I was able to close on a home within my 60 day timeframe. William also showed me things to look for (like condition of furnace, water heater, etc.) when walking through the property and we discussed the types of offers I could submit to help close on the deal. William was kind and understanding even when I was getting frustrated about finding that perfect home, and he never gave up showing me properties. I ended up purchasing a condo which turned out better for me since I won't have to cut grass or shovel snow. Thank you again William, your efforts really paid off.
