Bill Johnson walked me through the set up - had the appropriate links - If I had questions , I called and he picked up - when I emailed , he responded immediately- He helped get the photos in correctly as well ; I got our home on the MLS and it was viewed immediately by all realtors- It sold in about 2 weeks after I listed with Bill

Too many hassles and conflicts. Pay the full fee and go with a realtor who will look out for your interest.

For the most part everything was fine. There were times when the response time was a little slower than I'd like.

I have sold 2 houses through Bill and will be using his services in the future. Why would you not want to save realtor fees and sell your home quickly?!

Bill was very responsive when I wrote him via email (which is how I communicated with him). In CA, he could not give me all the forms I needed, but copies were available from a local Real Estate Association office for a reasonable fee per form.

Pretty good at communication but I had any number of issues getting listing entered (they truncated my details without telling me, causing me to have to re-work the whole description to include the most pertinent details in their "shortened" version), they got quite a few details wrong on the 1st try even though I had given them the correct details, then getting emails answered (they had internet problems I was told), then wanted me to communicate with someone other than him (from which I only sometimes got a response). All in all, much more difficult than it should have been or needed to be. I'd give him a "C" and would not want to go through that again.
