Bill follows through on all contractual tasks politely and on time. Understanding the limited service agency concept is important for the owner hiring his team as we, the owners, have chosen to take on a lot of responsibilities to save money. Thankfully if you find yourself overwhelmed or lacking time to fulfill the time sensitive responses to buyers or escrow, he offers a very competitive flat service package to take over the tasks and advise you they the offer to closing process. I chose to handle myself, but if a work project had popped up when it got busy with offers and negotiations, I was prepared to hire him to wrap up the sale so I could go work where I would make far more than I was saving do things myself. All work by Bill was completely correctly and on time.

Bill was really prompt for most tasks that I needed to get done through the complete selling process. He was able to guide me through documentation needed and loopholes to avoid.

First time home seller and this was a good experience. My home was listed at slightly higher than the market value but final sale price reflected that. No hiccups in the process except for some unexpected extensions to nobodies fault. Would definitely use again.
